Our Divemaster program in Koh Tao is your gateway into the professional diving world.
Train with experienced instructors through a combination of real-world diving, structured workshops, and hands-on experience in daily dive operations.
More than just a certification, this program is designed to build the confidence, skills, and awareness required to guide certified divers and prepare you for the next step toward becoming an instructor.
You’ll gain practical experience assisting courses, working alongside professionals, and developing the discipline and responsibility expected in the dive industry.
Train alongside a motivated group of future professionals and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment focused on progression, mentorship, and real career preparation — all in the waters of Koh Tao.
Program duration
The Divemaster program typically runs between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your experience, commitment, and personal goals.
The more time you invest in training and diving, the stronger your skills and confidence as a dive professional will become.
Pre - requisites
Minimum 18 years old
Certified Stress & Rescue Diver (or equivalent) with at least 40 logged dives
Fit for scuba diving with a valid medical clearance (within the last 12 months)
Emergency First Response (CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Provider) within the last 24 months

Program overview
At Go Diving, we believe a strong Divemaster is built through real experience — both in and out of the water.
Our program goes beyond the basics, focusing on the practical skills and awareness required to work in a professional dive environment.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a dive center, from group control and safety procedures to dive site management and environmental awareness.
Training is structured, progressive, and based on real scenarios — giving you the experience needed to confidently step into a professional role.
